Shop Policies

Domestic Orders

We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority mail. This should  have your tea to you in 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for late, damaged or lost parcels. If you are concerned about the delivery or condition of your parcel, please contact your local postmaster.

We currently ship only to US addresses via USPS.
We will not be responsible for shipments lost in the mail.

International Orders

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Handling

We do not charge handling for processing your orders.

Product Returns

Tea products cannot be returned for obvious safety reasons. If we ship you the wrong tea, we’ll send you the correct replacement at no charge to you.

Undamaged and unused accessories can be returned for a full refund or credit. We will not ship you substitute items/alternates unless you request that we do so.

Privacy and Security

We make every effort to keep your information secure. We do not share our records with anyone, period! We respect your privacy as our own.

We have resumed in-person and mail-order sales. The salon will resume service when authorities allow.
